Jersey Mike's Subs

"Very poor service. Ordered 3 subs and payed for three subs. Waited like 15 minutes and they only gave me one sub. Told them I ordered 3 so I waited another 25 minutes until they finally started making my two missing subs. The lady working there just left the two subs without apologies and no bag offered. I had to ask. Almost an hour wasted."

"First time EVER being on a Jersey Mike’s and quite frankly I probably would rate subway up the street as a 5 star doing a comparison, the guy taking the order never took off his gloves to write everyone’s order there was not paper of anything under these subs as they made them (other than the employee making my steak sub — I THINK I saw him put something under the Sub) in the mayo there was an onion , as well as what I think was a red chunk of salsa or what ever red sauce was by it or a chunk of tomato, there was a slice of tomato in the container that looked rotten. All the employees talking as the made the food , I wasn’t sure if they where talking to us or their coworkers at one point . It was just such a horrendous IN PERSON first time experience. I’m going to be 100% honest. My husband paid $40 for our subs and i went home and made ramen noodles, as much as I wanted to not pay and just leave as I’m watching this my husband was “too embarrassed” to walk out after ordering. Glad I got to feed someone else though. Pics will be included in it let’s me"

"Tasty & delicious! Efficient, quick and friendly staff (which is tougher to find in the area) Especially quick service. If you haven't given Jersey Mikes a shot yet, now is your chance. They make good subs, have a great loyalty rewards programs for free subs. I've been going here since they opened and have never had a problem with the food or service. My recommendation would be the hot steak or chicken subs. Again, very tasty and delicious!! A must try sub shop in my opinion."

"Jersey Mike’s is amazing food but this location cannot get your order right to save anyone’s lives. So if you want a mystery sub, order from here because it DEFINITELY will not be what YOU ordered. Then they will try to argue with you on the phone saying that they watched the person make your sub “correctly” when you are literally staring at an incorrect sub. My sub was supposed to have turkey, lettuce, provolone and mayonnaise with added bacon…. If you look closely, you will clearly see a lot of stuff, I did not order on it. They were quick to refund my card, but this is not ok to happen MORE than once. Also i was sold a gift card they didn’t load the money onto. The excuse of being a “new location” is a weak one."
