"The store manager (I think her name was Amanda), was kind enough to sell the last DiBella’s sub to me that I will ever buy, due to her lack of caring and customer service. I went in with the intention of buying a medium and a large sub. When I asked for the medium with “everything bread” I was told there would be a twenty minute wait for it. There was one large “everything bread” left but the young lady that was going to help me with the sub was told by the manager that she could not cut it down for the medium sized sub. Since it was not worth it for me to wait 20 minutes to have a piece of bread cut down to a medium sized sub, I opted to buy the large (the sub was for someone else it was not for me), and I would eat leftovers we had at home. Because of her customer service (or lack there of), I will never have to wait for a DiBella’s sub again. So, to sum it up: I was told the sub was okay, the service was terrible, and the atmosphere was just as bad as the service."
"Had the most sorry Philly cheesesteak I have ever had. The cook had no clue what he was doing. Coming from someone with a background in food service, this was appalling. $12.79 for the most wet soggy Philly cheesesteak in the world.Look at all the water from the veggies on the paper! Damned thing fell apart on me 2 bites in. I am not happy Dibellas. You wasted my time and hard earned money for garbage. $12.79 for a ten inch! Okay I don’t mind paying more for good food, but this wasn’t even good!!!!! I should have went to Subway where u get a $9.99 footling t hat is 10 times better! Hot garbage. Who ever does quality control is slipping. Meatball sub guy below me is right too."
"the staff are friendly and the online ordering is good but it clearly caters to meat eaters. the veggie sub is good and the cheese is okay but since they don't let you order the sub toasted it leaves a lot to be desired. i did try the tuna which was very bland and boring but there's no imitation meat options for vegans or vegetarians so for the price you're better off going somewhere cheaper with a wider variety if you're not trying to eat a bunch of meat and don't want to pay a steep price for a bunch of bread pretty much (not knocking the bread though, it slaps and if i could i would just buy the bread and make my own subs)"
"The most depressing meatball sub I've ever had. The mozarella was still rigid on top of the meatballs, and I can only assume their marinara sauce had stood heated for so long, that it coagulated into a marinara paste, of which I got almost none of. Other people in my order got an Uncle Louie that was drowned in so much flavorless honey mustard that it was pooling in the wrapper, and a turkey club with no flavor. I'm going to feel guilt over recommending this to them over Tully's for a while."
"I drove nearly 1000 miles into the area, and one of my "must do" stops is DiBellas. Absolutely the best subs in the country!"
