Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Village

"Every time I walk through the front door of the Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Village, I know I can expect the warmest of welcomes! I have stayed at this hotel seven times in the past year – and each visit brings more smiling faces, hospitality, generosity, and highly enjoyable conversation! Whatever time of day, the staff at the front desk is always there to offer a warm greeting, answer any questions, and offer help. During my most recent visit, I was heartily welcomed back by Katlyn and Assistant General Manager Elliot, and over the next few days was also assisted in the kindest of ways by a terrific front desk staff that included Donna, Mayra, Audrey, and Clay. In addition to the wonderful staff, there are other amenities that I very much appreciate – including the hearty breakfasts that offer a wide variety of choices, including eggs, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins and bagels – all of which delight this vegetarian! And, of course, I also like the fact that the rooms are kept spotlessly clean, include digital keys, offer several handy outlets (including USB ports), and that the hotel provides recycle bins in the lobby. But it is the people who make the difference. It is the kindness and professionalism and warmth of the staff – behind the front desk, in the kitchen, and in the hallways - that make the Hampton Inn & Suites at Asheville Biltmore Village such a welcoming destination. I look forward to my next return!"

"Perfect location, beautiful decor and amenities. Fantastic breakfast, lobby water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and afternoon happy hour. Kind staff at the front desk, housekeeping and the nice lady working the hallways, cleaning mirrors in the elevators, etc. Very clean, nice large comfortable room and bed with high ceilings, large bathroom. Guests were a bit noisy in the hallways early in the morning, only one elevator was working which made movement very slow and we woke up on NYE to no water which made getting ready for our special NYE outing and party impossible. The front desk did give us bottled water to brush our teeth but we were unable to use the restroom or shower. Additionally there was a lady (employee) in the hallway notifying guests of the water situation and apologizing in a very kind way. I felt bad that she had to share that message to everyone. I did feel that some sort of compensation should have been given to guests for the lack of water as it was a huge inconvenience since we had important plans, it would have been different if we were getting in the car to drive home, etc. I understand that life happens but something should have been offered other than just a bottle of water. Service recovery is important when things happen even if it is out of the companies control. Otherwise a perfect stay."

"I'd like to say that this is one of the best experiences I had, especially during the holidays. The staff was so great to help me out with Santa stuff for my child. You couldn't get a better location, the rooms were clean and modern, the staff beyond great and the breakfast made for champions! Thank you guys for making my Christmas great"

"Very clean, quiet and cozy! Overall great hotel experience. The breakfast was awesome and had a lot of options. The showers have so much room and are able to customize the water setting on the shower head. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because our soaps were empty in the shower and the room is slightly cramped. However I'm sure a higher grade room is much more roomy. Awesome choice if you're there to see Biltmore because it's right outside the gates basically!"

"Great location, walking distance to biltmore village, right off I-40, and 2 minutes from the main gate to Biltmore Estate. Went there this weekend and we had a fantastic stay, the people at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and attentive. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. The morning breakfast was good, dark roast coffee was great! They had coffee, and hot water for tea and hot chocolate out all day long. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it."
