"Pretty cabin BUT DIRTY! Stains all over carpets, they smell like they have not been washed. Hot tub in upstairs bedroom was filthy, when i turned it on the dirt came up and the shower is clogged. Barely any water comes out of kitchen sink and downstairs bathroom. If you are looking for mountain views, there is none. Bed are hard,.woke up with back pain every morning, pillows suck. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!"

"Worst experience ever!!! CHEROKEE RIDGE CABIN GATLINBURG TN...FALSELY advertised amenities. Day 1: arrived to find the hot tub torn apart after maintenance thought they fixed it, turned it on and motor started smoking. NO HOT TUB! Arcade game broke, TV in game area cable box broke. Couldn't use the shuffle board. Downstairs bathroom not clean, turned on shower only to watch all the dirt run down the drain. Main level dishwasher broke, cobwebs from the ceiling to the ceiling fan and dust animals stuck to the fan. Carpet stain and torn. Upstairs fireplace glass front fell off. Paid 2k for a dump and rental company wouldn't relocate us. Said they would refund 52 dollars a day for broken hot tub. Kids were looking forward to the amenities that were falsely advertised in this not so luxury cabin. Out a lot of money should have stayed at a hotel or home. EEAD REVIEWS BEFORE BEFORE BOOKING!!AVOID AT ALL COST! VACATION ELSEWHERE!! THEY ARE THIEVES!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DONT GIVE A DARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMER!"
