Cherished memories

"March 5-13th My husband and I had to stay in this cabin during our honeymoon after the one we originally booked (Nestled Inn) was damaged by the previous wind storm. The golf course and drive up is very nice and calming. Everyone kept to themselves and was kind. The cabin is very nice, great relaxing “secluded” location but definitely needs some updates and some things added to the home. Some issues we had during our stay: The house was VERY musty, like it had been locked up for months. The toilet downstairs kept clogging, there is a moldy leak on the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom from the bathroom upstairs (guessing from the upstairs tub), the fans in the bedroom do not work and half the channels on the TV wouldn’t work due to “payment.” (The TV is least of the concerns) The light switches/lamps are VERY touchy, like an electrical issue. We cooked dinner at the cabin ONE night on our 7 night stay and there wasn’t hot pads to get the food out of the oven. Also was told there was a pool/hot tub and there was neither. We had to buy our own items to use while we was there because they didn’t have them. Again, decent cabin… just very low maintenance. Wouldn’t stay at THIS specific cabin again. 4/10 Recommend."

"It was a nice cabin. The view wasn't the best we have had in past cabins we've stayed at. It's a bit bazaar that there are no showers, only 2 jacuzzi tubs. Not great for someone with mobility issues. Read the description thoroughly before booking!"
