"Birthday TripOur overall stay was great! The room was a little outdated, but I did see them on site making renovations. Reno didn't disturb my stay at all. The hot tub was great! The location was on point. We were away from the traffic but by all of the attractions. Would definitely stay again."

"For the price, this place is absolutely fantastic! Staff is offsite due to renovations and COVID, but they are responsive and helpful by phone. There is limited parking downtown, so it’s well worth the walk. The condo was decorated and very cute, and it was nice to have a fridge and some basic appliances. The fireplace was so nice to relax by after a chilly day in the mountains, and the jacuzzi was divine after a long hike in the smokies! The king size bed makes you feel like royalty, and the entire condo is very spacious, especially for the price. The water pressure in the shower was a little low, and the elevator was very slow, but that was a minor inconvenience. The TVs did not have Netflix/Hulu or airplay capability, which ended up being our main disappointment, but you could bring a fire stick or just plan to watch cable! The self check in was easily and convenient. There were plenty of dishes to use for cooking/eating. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for those on a budget!"

"Just got home from our stay (unit 509). I cannot say enough positive things. Close to town, but away from the noise and business. Our unit had little touches that made a big difference. The entire property was clean, well kept, and I couldn’t find a speck of dust in our unit. Ms. Linda at the front desk was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunset. The price fit our budget perfectly. You definitely get a lot for your money. Will definitely be back."
