"The location was great. Just a short ways to the parkway. The gentleman we spoke to was kind and helpful. We had a three bedroom suite and all the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The two bathrooms were clean and they left plenty of toiletries. Plus coffee, cream and sugar. It was perfect for what we needed. They were pet friendly so we were even able to take our pups. We would definitely stay again."

"They ripped me off of a one night stay. Tried to change me 2 times after I had already paid. Charged me 72$ after my reservation was made I cancelled right away but no refund. Stay away from this place. You have been warned. STAY AWAY. FAR AWAY. RIP OFF. They stole 70$ of my money stay away. Far away"

"Our room was great. We had a king room with a balcony. It was so cute and looked like a log cabin inside. It was clean and had beautiful quotes about love all around it. It was just a short walk down to the parkway so that was nice. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This place was awful. When we went to check in, there were no parking spaces available. The room itself looked completely different from the pictures. None of the outlets were usable, so we could not charge our phones. The curtains blocked the heating/cooling unit, which caused a burning smell and is a huge a fire hazard. The shower floor was dirty and crusty. The toilet squeaked every 5 minutes from old pipes. The bathroom door was two folding doors, with no latch. I had to put the metal chair in the bathroom just to keep the door closed. When we went to the front desk to talk to management, no one was there. We called and texted several times, with no answer. It was obvious that the room was not clean, there were cobwebs everywhere. We stayed here one night and immediately booked a different place the next day. Would not stay here if it was free. The “cabin aesthetic” is just a cheap motel room with cheap palette boards nailed to the wall. There was also no overhead lighting. Doubt we will get any money back from this awful experience, almost ruined the whole honeymoon."

"due to unfortunate unfortunate circumstances we had to stay here for one night until our reservation somewhere else was ready. if i could give a zero i would. the headboard of the bed had nails sticking out, my husband actually hit his head on one. the bathroom was disgusting and the shower needs a good fixing. i was so uncomfortable staying here i would have rather slept in my car. i have now what appears to be bed bug bites on my arm. i am disappointed in what management thinks is a nicely ran hotel. i do not recommend staying here."
