"There is no longer really any swimming and getting in the water there. The city has a sign up about diving and all that. My kids used to love going there to swim and look for shells in the water."
"Has a small pavilion with picnic tables. It is clean. Limited amount of parking. Nice place for shoreline fishing- didn’t have any problems with lines getting tangled."
"A pretty cute little park by the water. Minus one star since there were no restrooms, and minus another because there was a decent bit of trash here and there. Overall fun, though! Picnic tables, wide open grass areas, shady trees and rocks kids can climb on."
"An easy access place for no lake swimming. Sign says no lake swimming, which contradicts it being an amazing swimming hole. Each of my 3 young boys 6-11, found something to do. A great experience other than the rules saying no swimming. Fairly clean water and beach like setting in the water."
