"Rude woman working there (I think her name is Vita or Vida). I inquired about a set I saw in the window and she snapped at me, "I only have one left and it's a small. It's not for you." Horrible customer service. Who is she to say who can and cannot purchase something?"

"I had a good experience with the sales person, Angela, and bought a pretty dress. The owner, Vita, was the problem. She pinned the dress for me and charged me ridiculous amount. The dress was $150. The alteration was $110! The alteration job was awful, but because I read all the reviews, I decided to not fight with Vita. I took the dress to a real seamstress, who charged me $40 to fix what Vita did. End of story. If you are going yo buy a dress from this store, have it altered elsewhere."

"I bought shoes from this store, and they broke within 1 hour of wearing them. Not to mention they got scuffed from just walking around. I went to return them to the store, and the owner refused to give me a refund or even an exchange the shoes. I had horrible blisters for a week from only an hour of wearing these shoes. After being told these shoes worked for all the other girls, making it out to be my fault they were cheaply made while still sold for $100, I walked out of the store. Never returned. The owner was the opposite of accommodating, so I advise to skip this store."

"They really deserve a negative. Not sure how they are still open. They are rude and unprofessional. Schemers and thieves. My mom bought a dress that they were supposed to send to the tailor a week ago !! Still didn't send it, then had the nerve to charge an additional $30.00 but couldn't explain what the charge was for. After reading the other comments . . . This seems to be their moto. I don't recommend anyone to shop here. I hope they close down and realize what they have done to themselves."

"Im a singer & I've shopped at this store for many years & bought dresses from vita for performances. I got absolutely ripped off recently spent almost $6000 on 5 outfits shoes and costume jewelry . I was running out for a show & didn't grab a receipt. I was overcharged for items after the fact as well & this was not the first time shes done that. One of the dresses fell apart on my chest at an event and I didn't have a back up gown. Also one of the bracelets I got broke off and the clutch broke as well.. overpriced for cheap quality items .. costume jewelry. Also ordered shoes and another dress that I never received no phone call no nothing. Couldn't show me the receipt when I've asked several times. Making up prices on the spot some of the dresses don't have prices on them. She said she would do the right thing and told me to come back to exchange some of the items. She winds up yelling at me & telling me she changed her mind. Told me to leave the store & never come back multiple times when I tried to resolve things with her calmly. I walked out in tears. Very disappointed in the way I was treated after being a loyal customer for so many years. Also gave me a fake number for the owner when I called the line wasn't working. Would not recommend unless you want to get swindled. Absolute rip off and I've never been so disrespected after spending so much at a dress shop. Having things break and then be told that I broke the items when they were cheap with a bad stitch job. I brought back all of the items I purchased to exchange them and I've never returned anything before at the store. Instead of pulling up the receipt she created random prices for the items I had so she could give me less dresses for the amount I had already spent . When I called to ask for the owners number she hung up on me. If you want to get treated like that this is the place to shop. I was reading all the previous negative reviews & now I understand why they are so bad. Left so stressed out & upset. Disgusted in how people who treat others like this & you are bringing them business. Telling me I wasted the time of people in the store who helped me pick out outfits after spending that much. Never again!!"
