"Everything looks amazing in the windows and from outside. Their bag check policy needs to be updated and looked into. I was asked to check my bag. Meantime there are allot of customers walking around the store with purses, shoppping bags etc. Not cool. Did I mention I was carrying a backpack. I’ll spend my money elsewhere"

"All staff is excellent and corporat except that China guy who is on counter...i was(now no more) a good customer who buys clothes from there twice a month(spent almost 200$) and I just want to exchange (not return) my purchase from 2XL to XL which I was buy in between 14 and didn't wear (just try at home) and unfortunately I didn't have receipt so he denied my request.so simply he looses a value able customer. I'm not going to see inside...mr.china I lost my 50 bucks but you lost almost $2000/year."
