"If I can give 0 stars. My order was ready for pick up, and was given nothing but a nasty attitude with a girl that had a costume on. Manager looked like he had to take care of everything for her. Ridiculous."

"I loved the clothes and all, but the person at the fitting rooms( she had red curly hair) kept giving me dirty looks. When she asked how many clothes I had, I hadn't counted, so I said I don't know, and she said ok..., and acted annoyed. Then because of the encounter previously, after I had finished with the clothes, instead of just giving it to her to fix, I put all the clothes on the hangers again, and everything.I did this because I overthought and I was scared she would be annoyed again. But that was pretty stupid, because she still gave me an evil eye on the way out. Overall, the clothes are nice, but I feel like their jean sizes are way to big, they need to have smaller sizes, and they are seriously understaffed, and the employees are rude."

"just came here. cashier was talking to her friend (non employee) the whole time. Forgot to take security tag off my sweats so I had to go back to get those taken off. When I left alarm tans rang, she forgot to take the alarm off a shirt too, when I went to go complain she said she didn’t ring the item up… all because she wants to be talking to a friend…"

"I truly did like this location, up until the last time I visited.. I came with the intention to treat myself and have a good time but I couldn't do that due to the fact they no long have a plus size section. For years they had a great selection but over the last few years it's gotten smaller and smaller and now none existent. This upsets me because of the fact that this location is closer and not as crowded so I can comfortably shop and enjoy it rather than feeling overwhelmed. Forever 21 will no longer receive anymore money from me. Sad."
