"I went into the store to buy my daughter a prom dress Waste of time The store have a Terrible smell You cannot try on dresses Unless you give him a $30 deposit And he have an attitude"
"We went into the store to buy dresses and he said that “if your not guaranteed to buy a dress, you can’t try any on” “ you can try every dressing as long as you buy one“ but it’s like how do I know if I like it or it fits me if I don’t try it on and what if I realize it’s not for me..The owner was rude and his attitude will lose him so much business. He want to brag about how long he’s been doing business.. but yet still a HORRIBLE sales person. Don’t even bother walking up in there."
"One of the best kept secrets in Brooklyn for formal wear! Many one of a kind outfits, medium to high price range. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory and the sizes."
"I went in the store looking for a holiday party dress for an event. The lady who helped me was really nice and patient . I observed that the prices seemed higher than I intended to spend. The sales associate encouraged me not to worry about the price. "They will give me a good price." I tried on three dresses. 2 of them 250 and I tried on a dress the price marked was 199. The man in the photo complimented on everythingi wore. I decided to ask what was the discounted price .He told me he would take 9$ off . I said no thank you. The man in the picture blew up at me. He said"why come in my store for 1hr and waste our time" I was startled. I told the lady that helped me that Its above the budget. I said that I have but I'll pick up my children and return. He said " You are not coming back"You didn't come to buy anything. The man in the photo was extremely abrasive. He was yelling to the point that he could barely breathe. As a customer I have an option to choose what I spend my money on. And to be honest the dress wasn't worth the price but due to the limited time I had to shop I was going to return. His attitude was disgusting. And I felt attacked because I didn't purchase it right away. The store has variety of dresses. But the owner of the store is a jerk . I felt bad for the sales associate. I wont spend my money where the owner cant hold his hatred in long enough to get a sale."
"Wide selection of many different head gear at reasonable prices. The owners of this facility are very pleasant, helpful, and generous. When ever i go there to make a purchase the owner or his wife always gift me and mother with a lil cute beaded bracelet to show their appreciation. I really like that about them. Its hard to find people even inside your community that you can trust or even hold a normal conversation with for that matter without someone being a complete a**hole and just acting like a total fool."
