"A+ for everything! I was out of town and got a call to remind me of service due. I immediately went to the local dealer many states away from where we purchased. I was greeted very pleasantly from Ernest in the office. He took care of me from start to finish. I absolutely loved having someone show me the vehicle and what they have done. My X7 is still new, and the maintenance was covered. I paid $0 .. and was happy not to be slapped with random findings.. Having been a walk up client, and been helped with no hiccups.. I have to give the place 5 stars. Thank you to Ernest, and the staff there that has taken great care of my visit and my vehicle."

"POOR SERVICE LOST MY KEY ,CAR WAS STRANDED IN A PARKING METER ZONE BOUGHT A NEW KEY FROM THIS DEALER PAYED EXTRA FOR THE KEY TO BE EXPRESSED TO ME NEXT DAY. WHEN I GOT THE KEY AND ATTEMPTED TO START MY CAR THE KEY DID NOT WORK. COST ME $384. THEN AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS TO PARTS I WAS FINALLY TOLD I HAVE TO TOW THE VEHICLE IN AND IT WILL BE ANOTHER $200 TO “PROGRAM” THE KEY"
