"We stayed at the Summit Street Inn one weekend in October and it was one of the best inns we've ever stayed in! From the excellent breakfast at the sister property to the attention to detail throughout our room, we enjoyed every bit of it! Personal k-cup machine with Starbucks coffee (and not big box store-brand like we've had to drink at other inns)! Soft toilet paper, plush robes, comfy bed, welcome wine, snacks in the lobby, walking distance to local eateries and bars, and so many more little things that made a huge impact on our stay! Only two suggestions: easier to reach plugs beside the bed and turn off the sprinklers at night. (Getting sprinkled on close to midnight in the dark on our way in was a surprise! We just considered it a prewash before showers :) Thank you for such a clean, comfortable, relaxing and rewarding stay!"

"Stayed in the Ludlow King Suite. Everyone we met was awesome! Check-in was super easy and pleasant. We wanted decaf coffee the next morning, and staff brewed a pot just for us that was ready when we woke up. Just all around great service. Breakfast at Shaffner was terrific. Huge selection of well made breakfasts. Service was perfect and friendly. Nice cocktail menu, too. Loved the bathroom and room size of Ludlow. Bed was really comfortable. Parking was easy. Location is great. Room was clean and quiet. The history of the homes is really cool, too. A great value to stay in a wonderfully restored manor, with super friendly staff, excellent bathroom and amenities, and outstanding breakfast. We will stay here next time we are in W-S. Our preference was the Summit houses over Shaffner because Shaffner is next to the highway and more crowded with the restaurant on site. All three inns are really cool, though!"
