Even on their message it says they are overwhelmed by calls became of a medicine shortage. I really don’t need excuses for why you can’t call me back for72 hours. My kid just needs a refil."

"After years of not feeling heard by my psychiatrist, I cannot reiterate how refreshing it was to be seen by Dr. Woodard. They not only do prescriptions but even have adhd coaches on staff to help heal through both medicine and coaching. Definitely recommend!"

"I have been a patient here for a few years now. A few days ago I experienced a mental health crisis and after trying multiple times to get into contact with my provider and explicitly stating it was an emergency, I received no response from the office or from my provider. I had to be hospitalized later that day which could have been avoided if they had simply taken the time to give me a call back or hear my concerns. I did not receive a response from the office until AFTER being discharged from the hospital. This is not the first issue I’ve had with the office before. They never answer the phone and are extremely uncommunicative and unresponsive. I will not be continuing to receive care from the facility and I encourage anyone who is considering going here to look elsewhere."

"Providers and staff really couldn't care less. Side job for providers who decide not to see patients in office anymore. You'll leave feeling worse than when you went in, have been yelled at by provider. Spanish-speaking staff needs to know that Spanish is one of the most commonly taught languages in school and students from a variety of backgrounds take it."
