"Ordered a housecoat off of Amazon. was not the right fit, went to return it. mailed it back to casual 21, 3 1/2 weeks later still no refund, contacted casual 21 to inquire. They asked if I had proof I sent it back, at this time I did not have the receipt with the tracking number, so replied back with no I do not. They replied to me we cannot confirm your order has been received. Do you have a tracking number?…. So I had to go back to the store I had shipped it with. They were able to look up via my credit card and the date and reprint me a receipt with the tracking number. The item was back to casual 21 within four days of me shipping it and they did not want to provide a refund unless I could provide confirmation that I had shipped it, but yet they had received it."

"Just bought a duster thru wal mart and the quality of the item is terrible. I washed it upon receipt in cold water, gentle cycle, dried it on delicate and put it on for the first time. One sleeve is ripped and the flowers on the front are coming off. They do not deserve one star. I contacted the company and they immediately issued me a refund and said they would check their quality control and ship a new one. I couldn't ask for anything more. I will change my rating to 3 because of their excellent customer service. Additionally I could not find my review on Wal Mart's site as I would have changed that one too.... I hope they solve this problem, sounds like they will..."
