"Absolutely horrible customer service for someone who's never done a loan this place as denture me from this company. They was very rude without me getting upset then I got frustrated and and he got more rude i obviously humiliated having to striggle this bad to have to reach out for help this then you make me feel like I'm just a low life who's asking for handouts nope juat a mom needing to fix my water heater. All this took and it messed my credit up so I can't go anywhere else to get the help they couldn't give me."
