"Never sent my title after I paid the entire payoff amount online. Terrible and rude staff, if you can get through to reach anyone. I regret using them and would never again. My credit score is over 830 and I’m just not used to dealing with such low quality service. These people shouldn’t be in business in my opinion."

"Absolutely horrible! I been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer about my account. I sent a payment for over 1k on time and they have all my accounts past due. They are quick to call you when they want the money but aren’t so quick to answer to fix it."

"This company makes it impossible to get customer service. I have my payment set for autopay which has gone really well and had no issues. Now all of the sudden my auto pay is not working or something cause the payment isn’t coming out. I can’t even get in touch with anyone from this company to resolve the issue. I was on hold for about an hour. The person who answered the phone just asked for my social and my name and then said he was transferring me to an agent. Then he just hung up on me!!! Very frustrating!!!"

"Got approved for $19k for a jet ski with only $1k down. Lowest interest rating you can get for a ski is 5% and that’s what I got!. Score at the time was 715 with only a year credit history and I had a big loan on a new Harley under my name. So I was very satisfied I got approved and got the best rate possible! On another note. Customer service is hell. Won’t pick up the phone every time you call and when you finally get a hold of someone it’s almost always the same rude lady on the phone! Luckily today they picked up in 19 minutes and I had a different lady that was nice!"

"I have had a loan with this company for over a year and have called several times and never been able to reach anyone, I have waited on the phone for an hour for someone to pick up…. Nothing. I have also tried to email them several times and never have they been returned. It keeps saying my call is important to them when Im on hold waiting but I can’t tell. It’s ridiculous that they are taking my money I send yet they can’t answer my call. Let me miss a payment I bet I get a call back then."
