"I've had enough of Trust on Jonestown Rd. Talked to the manager on 10-27-2023 & she was going to call me on 10-30-23 by 10:30am...never heard from her. I called 10-31-2023 about a different problem & noboby will return my PHONE CALL???? I just got off the phone with the bank. They will not mail my interest check out"

"Jonestown branch is my worst experience ever. It's closest to where I live, so I keep trying. The other day as I was waiting to make a deposit, I listened to a long conversation by "the old guy" about how they don't have enough people to cover because they don't do enough business to be able to hire someone....after he told me to wait he would be with me in a minute. I eventually left .andwtrtotoStratford..branch."

"Good bank but few terrible staff, Jim is one of the working individuals in the bank thanks Jim for ur customer service relation and swift in attending to customers, 3 ladies were focusing on just one computer , Jeanette left us in line without any communication, to me that’s unprofessional. She left the line parked up attending to the least of her concern, meaning what does not concern her. Thanks Jim."

"This branch is horrible. Initially when I moved I was so happy that a Truist bank was right around my corner. Customer service on Jonestown road in Winston Salem, is horrible. They do not try to help and they a rude to you like they would be rude to someone on the street. It doesn’t feel like a comfortable environment or atmosphere and I do not feel welcome. The only person that was helpful was the branch manager. Everyone it seemed as if someone either forced them to come to work. They are rude and I can never understand why. I never write reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but this has happened every time I go to this branch."
