"The order was ready late ,then when it was found out that the order was missing a third of the biscuits the manager instead of making it right chose to be nasty instead. This is the opposite of good service. Don't go to KFC and expect the management to be reasonable if you have a problem. Especially if you have a large order. Terrible customer service."

"Think twice... Ordered 120 biscuits from West Henrietta Rd for a party last night. Not only was it 45 minutes late the order was 50 short when we got it back to the family gathering. Went in this morning and the cashier called my brother a liar, in front of other customers. The manager only refunded for 20. So KFC is trippin on attitude and theft. Think twice..."

"I have always been a HUGE fan of KFC. A friend placed an online order to be picked up for a gathering at his home. The order was NOT READY—it was late by over a half hour, AND the order was SIGNIFICANTLY short-changed. When my friend went back to KFC the next day, the managers were dismissive and rude and said they weren’t going to do anything about it. No refund for the missing $40 worth of food and no concern that they REALLY messed up the order. Super unprofessional!!"

"Kitchen screwed up order, "manager" was incredibly rude, confrontational and refused to make the situation right. HORRIFIC customer service. She has no business managing a gold fish, let alone managing a restaurant that interacts with the public!!! There are many great places to get food in the area... this place is NOT one of them!!! I will take my money elsewhere. The Colonel must be rolling over in his grave!!!"

"They short changed us on our order. They were rude and unprofessional. Only asked a refund on what they did not provide!!! The cost and time to travel back should have been enough to make things right. They failed."
