"They had everything on my list. Super reasonable!! Very clean and organized. I had to use the restroom, it was immaculate Lots of help from sales persons. They have an app which, you get coupons too. Very nice!! Makes the job easier."
"I'm not sure when this started but now harbor freight charges a 20% restocking fee for returned items. I bought a table saw from them and when they brought it out from the back I noted that the box had some damage. I was told if there's any damage to the saw I would be able to return it. When I got home the saw was broken and in about a dozen different pieces. The condition of the box didn't warrant the saw being broken as bad as it was so I decided that if it's that fragile that it wouldn't be a good fit for my needs. When I attempted to return the saw I was told if I didn't exchange it then I would have to pay a restocking fee. Of course this was not brought up at checkout it was just in fine print on the recipt. So I guess I'm either stuck with a broken saw or stuck with a saw that's going to break the first time I use it. Thanks harbor freight."
