"Bought a new stove back in December because of some operational issues on old one. New one was having issues after installation also. Had tech come back in early January and even had our gas and electric company come and check their equipment which was fine and said it was the stove. So another tech came yesterday and explained everything of how these new fangled stoves work and put my mind at ease. Andreas, the tech was very professional but friendly and took the time to answer all my questions."

"I've had these folks come to my home twice, once to fix my dryer and once to fix my washing machine. Both are Maytag models. Each time they sent Andres out to fix it. When repairing my eight year old washer, he checked the main motor to make sure the washer was still worth the cost of the repair. He said if they had seen leaking oil, they would have recommended a new washing, but since everything was still clean, it was worth the cost of the repair. I really appreciated that assessment.
