"I am going to give a very honest review. The staff here believes in upsales. They will offer related services to whatever you go in for in a heartbeat and tell you why they're recommending them. After watching them interact with many customers I can say they are not just doing this for commission. Every single recommendation I heard was relevant and custom tailored to the car they were working on. They were not giving cookie cutter suggestions. They seemed like really compassionate people that genuinely cared about their customers. The services were very fast. The pricing was more than fair for knowledgeable professionals. They were quick to take care of everything that came through their bays. I had blown oil seals and they had me on my way home to Georgia in a couple hours. I'd had a simple problem with the oil sensor earlier in the week and all the mechanics shops were booked out for at least three days. The seals were a much more complicated fix and they took it on immediately. These people are golden and this shop is a gem."
