"Had an accident back in January during a particularly nasty bit of weather. Tow driver named Mike came out, drove me to where I needed to go, and was incredibly supportive after the accident. Since the store is affiliated with AAA, they will usually respond to accidents around the Franklinville area for members. They couldn't have chosen a better company for that job. Mike, you rock dude and I hope that things are going well for you."
