"Things were great until they weren’t. I went in for a hysterectomy and came out with only one remaining ovary AND had Narcan administered. I was shown very little concern or compassion after surgery and my pain was not managed."

"I have never been a patient, so I can't speak about them as gynecologists. However, my experience trying to be a new patient has been horrendous. They refuse to see you and will barely talk to you unless you've sent your previous records in first. They ask for your records first when you call them or go to their website, but their website doesn't even provide an email to send the records to. When I did send records in, I didn't realize the records weren't mine and they didn't email back to check or confirm with me that I sent the wrong one. I waited for 2 weeks to hear back to make an appointment and I heard nothing. When I emailed them to set up an appointment, all they said was they received records for (wrong person) and that they'll set up an appointment when they receive my records. If this is how they treat new patients, I don't want them treating me. There was no friendliness or concern for me or even for the fact that I accidentally sent the wrong records. They didn't seem to care about me at all."

"After a ridiculously (and embarrassingly) long hiatus from seeing my Gynecologist, and moving here in 2020, I finally got a referral to this office and went in today for the first time. I was anxious about going and seeing someone new after such a long time. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful customer service from the time I entered until the time I left. The office staff was friendly and efficient and the nurse that checked me in was kind and thorough. I saw Rachel Thomasson, Nurse Practitioner. She was the perfect person for someone like me, nervous about what to expect after so long. She was calm, gentle and such a warm, genuine soul. Obviously, going to the Gynecologist, meeting someone for the first time and opening up “down there” (haha) isn’t the most comfortable feeling in the world, but I literally felt comfortable within 5-10 minutes of talking with her. She is a real gem and I’m so thankful my PCP recommended this facility!"

"Dr Williamson is an amazing doctor and her staff is the friendliest staff ever. Women are usually not excited to go see their gynecologist but coming to Dr Williamson’s office is always a great experience. Everyone is super professional, she takes time to listen and never makes me feel rushed. I wish all my health providers were like her. I drive all the way from Fayetteville to her practice and it is absolutely worth it."
