"Can’t complain about the drive thru employee that took care of me. She was sweet and very pleasant, however, It bothered me a great deal to have ordered a Boston Cream Chocolate Donut and although was in a cute heart shaped it looked like they were in such a hurry that took a spoon and swiped a little bit of chocolate on top of the donut ! WTH!!!!!!"

"I Personally, Don't care for Dunkin to much but I'm On My Way for my Last Vacation for the Summer, so I figured I'd stop by Dunkin and get me a Coffee to Finish the Drive to my Destination. Must say.... The Coffee was Phenomenal and I have No Complaints."

"While on my way to my Aunt's funeral I stopped and ordered coffee and water at the drive thru, only to realize that I left my wallet at home. The female team member who worked the drive thru was so kind and understanding. She gave me the coffee and water and said " Don't worry about it, you probably need this", and she was right, I did! I can't thank her enough. She made my day!"

"Every single time I come here this store is out of something. Yesterday I couldn’t get whip cream on my drink because they were out of that, today I couldn’t even get caramel because they were out of that. It’s always something with this store because whoever is managing that place is not ordering enough of the product. As a former manager of a fast food restaurant you should not be out of everything in your store it’s literally every single time I come here. I really am about to just stop coming to this dunkin because it’s every single time… GET BETTER MANAGEMENT"
