"They probably did an okay oil change but they didnt use an easy-remove sticker to indicate my next change. I had to scrape their cheap sticker off with a razor. Cheap sticker likely means cheap people doing cheap service. Price I paid was not cheap. I will not visit again."

"This service was the light at the end of the tunnel! I’ve had an awful experience with another car company all week and needed a re-inspection after fixing the car issues. I stopped by and although they were booked for the day, they were able to squeeze me in for a 15-minute appointment. They were super kind and explained what they did for the re-inspection. I really appreciate their kindness and will for sure return for future car services."

"I went in for a NYS Inspection and they told me that my brake line was leaking. I looked at my garage floor and saw no stains or spots indicating as much. I always check my brake fluid and it was always full. I told them not to fix it ($1100) and they told me I had to now, since it was leaking more. I just don't trust them. Every time I go for something simple (tire rotation, NYS Inspection) they tell me something else is wrong. Please be aware when you go there. I do not recommend them at all."

"I was in town visiting family and needed an oil change. They were able to fit me in the next day. My car was finished in under an hour. The waiting room was large, clean with many chairs and tables. Or I could have walked next door to the Tim Horton's for a coffee. The staff was super friendly and very professional. I will return the next time I am in town needing work done on my car."

"I came into this Goodyear location on 2/16/23 after making an appointment online the night prior for the “good” oil change. Upon arrival the gentleman at the counter informed me the oil in which I selected was not up to par with what my vehicle was requiring. I was informed that my vehicle requires the “best” oil, which with coupon was over double my original estimated cost. I would like to note that I lease a 2021 Jeep Cherokee which has 12,000 miles on it. The oil in which the gentleman was INSISTING my car requires is usually for vehicles with 75,000 plus miles on it. After expressing to the gentleman that I have never paid this much for an oil change on this car and that I also own another Jeep Cherokee of the exact same make and model which has never taken the “best” oil option, I was belittled and laughed at. The gentleman stated that just because I lease two of the exact same vehicle doesn’t mean they have the same motor. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Not to mention after asking the price I was told it was $69.99 after a coupon and not informed of the $60 “best” oil change offer they were promoting on television. After being treated as though I am some unintelligent young girl, I gathered my belongings and left the shop, disgusted that this business would try to take advantage of me. I then went to the other Goodyear location on Niagara Falls Blvd and informed them of my horrible experience on Sheridan Dr. The Niagara Falls Blvd location even found it comical and informed me I was correct and my vehicle did not require the “best” full synthetic oil change that was being forced upon me at the Sheridan location. The gentleman gladly put the oil in my vehicle in which I was requesting and even informed me of their sale. Knowing that I was blatantly lied to is absolutely disgusting. Luckily, I knew a little bit about my vehicle and avoided being scammed. Truthfully, shameful"
