"Made an online appointment. Received an automated message confirming with Frank. Showed up at 4:45pm. Lady at the desk that I would not be meeting with him, he is the manager. Was told to take a seat and someone would get with me. She then proceeded to tell me that they were busy. At 5:15 I received a text asking if I was running late. Lol Whats the point of setting up an appointment if you are not going to keep it. At 5:30 I walked out with out even being acknowledged."

"Do Not Care About the Customer. I contacted Paddock at 4:30 in the afternoon on August 6th regarding a vehicle they had listed. I spoke with a salesperson and scheduled an appointment for the next day for 11:30. Since I was driving in from almost 3 hours away, the salesperson stated they would contact me by 8:30 AM the morning of my appointment to ensure the vehicle had not been sold. I arrived and the salesperson greeted me. We went to look at the vehicle and they could not locate it. After looking for a few minutes he contacted the sales department and was informed there was a couple negotiating a deal on the vehicle. I stated that I wanted the vehicle and was willing to pay the asking price. I offered to put a down payment which they GLADLY took, however I was contacted a few hours later to be told the vehicle had been sold meaning that my time and expense didn't matter even a rat's behind. No loyalty to the customer. Good luck if you do business with this dealership."
