"Horrible customer service. Little communication from the technician upon wait time or when work would be finished. I requested a shuttle when making an appointment only to be told after I dropped my vehicle off that they only provide shuttle service up to 10 miles. When finally picking my vehicle, they technician gave me the wrong vehicle."
