Scheduled a appointment brought my car in rude manger, couldn’t do the inspection (always an issue trying to get a inspection) didn’t have the parts readily available to Pete service, NOT friendly at all!!! "Fast forward 8/10/2023. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. They changed the oil but no tire rotation. I asked the mechanic who did the oil change why the tires were not rotated. His answer was the front tires had 9/32 and the back tires had 11/32.I said This the reason why they need to be rotated so they wear evenly.then he tells me I need a wheel alignment. I asked how he came to that conclusion he just said I am the mechanic.well I worked in the tire industry for 20 yrs so that makes me more qualified when it comes to tires than this mechanic the tires in question are evenly worn I am at a loss for words at this point. I mentioned this to the manager who was very understanding and even offered to rotate the tires but at this point my trust in them was lost.if not for the manager who's name was Alvin I would have given 1 star. I have been going to this location for years I guess it is time to move on."
"I had a great experience here. I walked in to make an appointment for an inspection and was able to make one with in two days. When I came for my appointment Alvin was kind, courteous, and respectful. My car was taken into the garage within ten minutes and I waited less than 45 minutes. This seems to be a busy location and all the staff working here seemed to be working diligently. More staff is definitely needed at this prime location. I am happy with the service I received and the manager, Alvin, was taking care of many customers. I will definitely recommend."
"I stopped at Monro to get my oil change and inspection. Alvin the manager was super friendly and got me in within an hour. Shaun and Josh the mechanics were helpful and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. Would definitely come back"
