"I went to Kohl's one week before Christmas for a pair of black pants but I had a lot of difficulty navigating myself with my rolator style walker between the racks. There was clothing on the floor and hanging all over the place. I know it's difficult for Kohls to keep up with straightening everything up, but Kohl's should consider how difficult it is for people with a disability to shop in their store! I did find a pair of black pants but I had a lot of trouble getting it done!"

"Rude cashiers, cashier tried to deny me the ability to purchase Sephora products due to not wanting to sign up for their emails. Literally purchased an item out of spite due to the same rude cashier telling me she didn't think I could afford it since I asked her to check the price. Do better than me and save yourself a head ache and just go next door to Target!"

"It’s about 184° in this place. I have never had such a horribly uncomfortable shopping experience. Nothing is below $25. The clearance is absolutely hideous. I came because my mom had a 40% off coupon when she uses her Kohl’s charge. I looked over the exclusions and did not see Nike as one of the brand exclusions. I spent an hour looking at the Nike clothing, anticipating using my coupon. Then we went to self check out, which is ridiculous for a retail store. The woman came and took the security tags off of my clothes anyways. We scan the coupon and the coupon doesn’t go through for the hoodies. I’m like I guess we’re removing these hoodies because I’m not paying $50 each for them, she’s like “Nike is always excluded.” And I’m like well then you should probably indicate that on your coupon. What a waste of time, I won’t be shopping at Kohl’s again. I also came looking for bras, they expect you to pay $50 “buy one get 50% off” so $75 for two bras. I got the same exact style for $12 a bra on Amazon."

"Easy access from 219W. Large selection of stores near by. Plenty of parking. Clean, bright, well organized. Lots of variety in most departments. Second set of registers is now merchandise area. Customer service in front east corner, rest rooms front west corner. Amazon area far back east corner. Purse selection disappointing. Expanded pet supply department. Instore internet access was poor."
