"Went at about 9pm in a Saturday and Oh my God…so slow, and they had like 7 people on shift…it was 3 cars in drive through, and about 10 in store and took 30 minutes!!!!! Like wow! I used to work at McDonald’s about 15 years ago and I swear I would have had all those orders done by myself faster than that…it’s ridiculous. The manager clearly didn’t care and the staff was on their phones or standing around…awful"

"So much for fast food. Waited 20 minutes for my order, most of which was cold. On top of the wait time the staff had absolutely zero manners."

"Ordered 3 double cheese burgers in the drive through. Not one of them was correct and the burger wasn't fully put together. There was ketchup and mustard all over the outside of the wrapper. The first one seemed like the bun was several days old and not edible. Tried the second one and it was equally bad. All the food wasn't warm. Due to suspicion of quality and the food possibly tampered with, threw out the order. Highly recommend avoiding this location."

"We came from out of town, and had gone to a concert downtown only to realize that there wasn’t even a pizza joint open up this way. We found out this store was open so we went there. Go through the drive thru and get to the speaker around 12 midnight and the woman comes on and says they’re not taking anymore orders because there’s not enough staff. The store wasn’t closed for another hour and no signage anywhere to be seen. My sister got upset because we had a hungry 10 yr old in the back and we were out of options. There was an argument back and forth and she finally agreed to make our food. The fries tasted like they had been made the day before, the Big Macs were thrown together so haphazardly that my patty was actually hanging out of the box. There was enough lettuce on the burger to make a salad. She stood at the window instead of helping, laughing loud enough for us to hear through a closed window, with her co worker and gave us dirty looks the whole time. Multiple cars behind us left because of the wait time. Absolutely disgusted and will never return."

"Food is solid, they just need to really pay attention to orders a bit better. Any time there's an issue, it's fixed by it's almost every time I order, I feel like something was missing or made incorrectly. The amount of waste is senseless when you think about why is wasted. A quick double check would cut down on mistakes in a big way. I'd rather wait 30 seconds longer for the right food the first time than 5 to 10 minutes for a completely remade order (then the first order is tossed in the trash)"
