"Placed a mobile order as I didn’t have my physical credit card on me. When I arrived at the speaker a very rude worker said “you need to wait 5-10 minutes after you place it”… I said okay and the employee said “yep.” very rudely. I understand if I have ordered multiple items but it was literally just one drink. What would be the difference if I just went up and ordered at the speaker… it would take the same amount of time. I don’t appreciate the service I received today"

"Absolutely annoyed by this location (James st) I waited 10 minutes to get a coffee, the guy working was great but the fact they had 4 people on and two of the girls were just standing there talking while the middle aged colored guy was doing all the work is bull! Good job to him but the girls should of helped him and learned how to work and talk at the same time."

"Today , 12/11/23 the register girl kept me waiting while she was just talking to her friend . The other team members are so laud , yelling , screaming. It feels like you’re in the zoo. Such a nice , new place but horrible staff. First - staff actitud is absolutely horrible. There’s five people, the cashier looked at me as I killed her mother. Bad , bad , bad service, actitud . Such a nice and brand new place . But …. Cleanliness is horrible. Bathrooms are disgusting, filthy. Just look at pics … paper towels are placed on the toilet . Bottle of Hazardous chemicals on the handrail, walls dirty and sticky . Cash register full of dust . It’s so easy to just keeping it clean ."

"I rarely visit lately as the service, staffing and correct order are all rarely occurring. For the increasingly high cost of fast food in today's world you cannot afford to almost mess up order after order."

"Ordered a mobile walk-in pick up order in advance and both doors were locked due to short staffing. Ended up waiting for half an hour outside the store before catching anyone's attention and trying to call without getting through, before finally being told that I would need to walk the busy drive-thru to pick up my order. (I walked over to the store as I live super close by and was not in a vehicle and am also eight months pregnant. This ended up in me not picking up my order, because of obvious safety reasons.) Totally understand and sympathize with being short staffed as I also work in food service myself, but the lack of communication and no attempt to apologize or make up for the situation made this a never again stop. Highly recommend finding a way to turn off walk-in mobile ordering, if staffing is an issue."
