"the corporation union busts, charges compassion tax on plantmilk, and has noticeably withdrawn LGBTQIA+ support. this location has been a bit of a mixed bag, with some employees pleasant and some rude. negative bias of at least one employee very evident, well past any professionalism. socialization is prioritized over job function in many instances; paying customers should not be ignored. apparently there's an issue with several employees, including one in supervisory position, engaging in the use of anti-LGBTQIA+ slurs, which is absolutely unacceptable. a few friendly, kind employees does not make up for that."

"Okay every time I come in after the gym to grab my coffee...these girls are always working their butts off to get the orders out. These girls need a raise and their feet rubbed. Best service at any Starbucks I've ever been to hands down."
