"A very hipster collegiate coffee shop vibe here. The chai latte seemed water downed. I had to wait a couple minutes to order, the girl at the counter was too busy counting the money from the tip jar. No joke."

"I've been here twice this month, and BOTH times I've had issues. The first time it was just a gross tasting drink, no big deal it happens. The second time was different. I ordered my drink, sat and waited while numerous other people behind me got their drinks. I finally ask about my single drink, and the young lady literally says, "I didn't get that ticket". Not, I'm sorry I will make it now, nothing. Then she proceeds to make drinks for people 15 minutes after me before mine! She then had the nerve to ask the cashier if I ordered the drink. THIS is why you don't tip ahead of time, won't make the mistake again. New staff here is basura."

"Ordered a waffle a few months ago and it was the best waffle I’ve ever had; ordered one today and it tasted like cornmeal. It was dry and crumbly. We were told that the recipe changed and that there was nothing they could do about it. Don’t order the waffles."
