From the planning process, to the install, to the start up, it has gone completely smooth and professional. Not only did Arnold Pool install our pool, they trained my wife and I on the operation of the pool. They even wanted to wait a couple weeks on the final handover as they truly wanted to make sure we were completely happy. "We sat down with John first week in June. It is now August. Still no estimate. Contacted him twice still no estimate. His office emails my husband asking if we still wanted the estimate we emailed back yes,still no response or estimate. Why would we want a company who takes almost 2 half months to respond with an estimate to work on our pool? Then during the meeting told us if we are in schedule for feb and another job comes along we can be put on the back burner. Like I want a hole in my yard and God only knows how long waiting until they finish the pool. Unacceptable. We had a other company cone out to our home 30 min later estimate in email. My husband already figured how he does his pricing so we are pretty sure we know what the cost will be. Another thing is my hubby knows someone who works in the office. This is extremely unexpectable . If you do not have time to give an estimate hire help!!!!!!! Handful of people said stay away from them. I am livid! Seriously go to hell"

"If you have any serious issues, there is a technician named Bill (don't have last name) who is outstanding. Really knows how to troubleshoot and is not afraid to work hard until the job is right. I don't usually give out 5 stars, but Bill is in a class of his own!"
