"I walked in with my two sons. One was carrying the pool railing to find something to attach the bottom to our deck. I asked the guy at the counter if they had something that would fit what we had. He said they didn't have anything in metal. I asked if they had anything in plastic, the phone rings and instead of telling the person on the phone to hold, he helps that person and completely ignored me. So we stayed in the store waiting on him to get off the phone, but instead of him coming back to me, he waits on the next customer. We ended up leaving."
