"Stopped in to ask about my Jetson Haze Ebike I had ordered because I'm an idiot and had the wheel lock engaged and thought my crank was stuck but the guy there went out of his way to help me even though I wasn't buying anything and didn't know what I was talking about really. He even offered to help me figure it out if I could get the bike down there. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Thankfully I figured it out once I slowed down and thought about it after getting back home."

My wife and I bought our bikes a couple years back and assembled ourselves, doing a "fairly decent" job, then rode them for at least two years doing nary a hair of maintenance. We brought our bikes into the Two Bikes shop and within just a few days, they were able to almost entirely overhaul our bikes. I'm pretty sure both of our bikes are in better working order than when we built them. Easily worth their fee, which I thought was quite reasonable.
