"This was my first time visiting this location. I arrived right around 10 when they opened. I was greeted by a gentlemen at the front, who also greeted another customer. He helped that customer first. I was in search of something particular, so I was waiting to get help from another employee. I had to wait while two employees (a male and female) finished their personal conversation before I could get assistance. The guy was very dismissive of my question and clearly should not be in sales as he rudely said “no, we don’t have that” and walked away from me. The young lady was a little more helpful in explaining they didn’t have the piece I was looking for today. Lululemon is not an inexpensive brand. For I spend on clothing at lululemon, I expect a higher caliber of customer service and attentiveness. The mall location, on the other hand, has amazing employees, who take their time to help me find products and explain each piece. I am very disappointed with this location and will not be back."

"I am a big Lululemon fan. Their clothes are durable and always fit great. The service at Lululemon is impeccable, and their atmosphere is always welcoming and bright. This particular location has more of a boutique feel. It is nestled deep in the heart of Bearden, which can be a bit of a pain to get to if you don’t live there. There is ample parking, and they always have the latest trends displayed beautifully at the front of the store. The only downside to this store is that they don’t have a studio. It is also a smaller store, so they may not have everything in stock. I would still prefer this location over the West Town Mall or Pigeon Forge locations."
