"Update #3 12/5/2023 These guys are flying - on Monday of last week, gunite was applied. We are in the 10 days of watering the concrete... and they are already coming out to do the coping and tile. WAY faster than I thought they would. I was ready to wait patiently for a month. Honestly I am 6 out of 5 stars. Getting a pool is easy, not sure what everyone is complaining about :) Update #2 11/6/2023 After a bit of back and forth design wise (and me over analyzing everything) we settled on our dream back yard and put it into motion. The permitting process was seamless, and they even handled my HOA approval BONUS. From the time I signed to the contract to the crew in my backyard, took about 2 weeks (including permitting time). They gave me 3 days heads up, and came out on a Thursday to layout the pool, then started digging on Monday. What a great crew. Showed up every day at the same time in the morning, and worked M-Sunday, non stop on my pool. It has been a week and the pool is dug, dirt removed, plumbing, electric conduit, rebar... sooo much rebar. It was AWESOME to watch them work. and what a respectful, tidy crew. So far no hiccups. Thankfully we didn't hit rock. Only overruns so far are my add-ons post contract. next step GUNITE / SHOTCRETE!!! still 5 stars. These are good people, we have a group text to stay in touch, all the time (sorry guys!) Update #1 9.21.2023: We met with Tommy and PP&S and got our design, which we instantly fell in love with. The 3d rendering really brought it to life, you coul tell thought was put into making it personally fit what we wanted. After a month of personal thinking and planning, today we put down the deposit to get the process started. First step Permitting. Any delays here are on the permitting approval process. Next update will be when I get hole in the back yard. We are feeling confident in the quality of work we will get, and have confidence in their time tables. Still a strong 5 star rating. Starting this review to document the process I go through with Premiere Pools and Spa. As an actual customer, I will update this review each step of the way... so you can make a decision on which reviews you trust. 1. Reached out to PP&S Knoxville and was contacted by Tommy B. He scheduled a consult and was at my house within 2 days. Great start. He was also on time... and I mean almost to the minute. 2. We told Tommy our hopes and dreams and our budget. He quickly picked up on what we are trying to do, and you could tell he has done this before. He didn't make me feel like my project was too small (or too big). And talking budget with Tommy it felt like the pricing will be very transparent and itemized. Fingers crossed. 3. Tommy was VERY transparent on what they do and don't do as a company, the service we should expect to receive, the timing , etc. He sold the value of working with HIS company, without saying a single bad word about the competition. This earned my respect and trust 4. We plan to meet with Tommy, one week from today to review design proposals, cost estimates, and then work to refine both to get them where we want (scope and cost). This design estimation service is FREE - not $3k like others (which is not applied to the future purchase). Service to date. 5 stars. We are feeling excited!!! Stay tuned!"

"I can’t say enough good things about Premier Pool and Spa. Nate and Michelle were great to work with. They talked us through the process, came up with a design that matched exactly what we were looking for, and stayed with us throughout the entire process. They really understood that we wanted to pool to look like it belonged with the house and wasn’t just an add on. Adam and Josh were our project managers and are also great. They were on the job site as each phase was happening and made sure all of the details were handled. They also took the time to answer all of the questions we had and explained to us what happens during each phase. We were able to go from design to a completed pool in only 5 months. It was a great experience and we would recommend them to anyone."
