"The staff at this location is very helpful and knowledgeable. I've taken my robotic cleaner in to get worked on and it was under warranty and was repaired very quickly and works like new again. I was in the market for a new pool pump and was informed that Duke energy gives a $300 rebate for purchasing a variable speed pump. They are very thorough when explaining water tests and have helped me get my water from a swamp to clear in just a couple of days. Ive had clear water ever since. They do recommend some added chemicals but they dont oversell on chemicals you dont need. Prices may be a little higher than other stores and amazon but you get better quality products and their free water tests. I won't go anywhere else for my pools needs"

"disappointed in Leslie's altogether very poor customer service,and misleading on the diy in a weekend ad I knew it would not be the same as our other pools, but not even near as diy as they claimed and their big list of companies to hire was two companies,and the store staff needs more training and lessons on how to be professional and polite horrible company, wish I had seen the one star reviews before I bought a pool that is none refundable, don't be fooled by the picture on the website with the picture of the group of happy professional pool experts ready to help, with every question we ask they can't help us they do not know a phone number to contact anyone nothing Susan A"

"Stopped in to get some supplies for a new hot tub. We were told by a friend what to get and he grabbed those items. When asked how we should use them he got very rude and snarky. Better customer service is needed at this location"
