"My brother went to pick up lumber for a porch he is building for me. He loaded 38 pieces of 16' lumber by himself while several employees just wandered about doing nothing. They saw him! Then, he took his purchase and transferred it to his trailer! Another customer, in the parking lot, offered to help him. What is wrong with your employees? Have they not been trained properly? Someone needs to address this situation. Unacceptable, Lowes. Do better!"
"My friend had been wanting to paint her room and have 3 walls be all of the same color , and then have the 4th wall be an accent wall that’s a darker color than the other 3 walls to give the illusion that the room is bigger. Anyways, they mixed the paint up for us at an impressive and timely manner. They were also very informative and helpful with any questions we had."
"Garden area always gives great service. Only issue is self check outs I cannot understand how the store can pay people to stand there and watch you check yourself out. I mean if they are standing there doing nothing?? What ever happened to customer service?"
"This is the best Lowes in Wilmington. It is the most clean and in the best area. With that said all Lowes has products literally covered in dust. The company is ran very poorly. The employees at this location obviously have no control over that. You can find most of what you need at this Lowes and the service here has always been good. The 3 stars is because if I rated the actual corporation I would give it one star. In the past I have ordered heavy items online with Lowes and it was an absolute disaster. Their policies reflect that they could care less. They waste a lot of $ and treat customers like they are not important. It is what it is."
"I recently (9/30) purchased 2 rooms of carpet from this store. Rachel in flooring was outstanding. She worked diligently on the phone and in person when we came into the store. She worked hard to get us the right carpet for our needs. She also got us as many discounts and rebates as possible. I think we ended up with a great as deal and outstanding customer service. Ask for Rachel in flooring for all your flooring needs. Thanks for great customer service Rachel."
