"Janet working in furniture is exceptionally rude. Twice I’ve had to deal with her and she seems annoyed that you asked for help in the first place. Of course they had neither couch we wanted, not her fault, but rude about it. Didn’t offer anything else to help, we had to ask her to double check other stores. Never had a experience at a big lots like this before. Any other location I’ve been too staff is friendly and as helpful as they can be. Also this store is just a mess."
