"Was visiting downtown Wilmington walking around with my fiancé shopping and we came across “Roses are Blue” & immediately upon entering , we were greeted and felt very welcomed, the ambience & nature of the atmosphere was unique and eloquent. They’re hidden treasures everywhere, from a brand name piece of clothing with the tags still attached to a vintage decorative piece still in pristine condition. Easily one of the most intricate and sophisticated shops the two of us have ever come across. Definitely a one of a kind shop, go check it out, the location adds character as well."

"Best consignment in Downtown Wilmington! As a local for years it is always great to see new small businesses. I made my first purchase of a beautiful green skirt and there was a dressing room to ensure I had the correct size for myself. The owner greeted me with a smile and was very nice to chat with about her store and her exciting business plans as she has just recently opened and is a first time business owner. The store has awesome selections, there is second hand, and some brand new choices as well. Roses are Blue has definitely been keeping up with the fashion trends and have great selections like Y2K or 90s fashion as well. Unlike the other review I have seen, there is clothing for all sizes, it was in either the new/Unused, or consignment racks, and the owner even talked about getting plus sizes in the future. I definitely think this business is very inclusive and is a great addition to our Historical Downtown Area. I overall had a great time shopping here and I am super excited to go shop again soon."

"This is such a unique shop. I've never even seen a shop designed in such a way! There's so many different types of pieces of clothing here, both men and women's from sportswear to elegant dresses. Really enjoyed visiting this consignment shop! I've visited a lot since it opened and I've noticed that the owner always puts out new items each week for grabs! I definitely recommend this cute store with the Riverwalk view."
