"Very unpleasant experience. My excited daughter goes in to get her ears pierced only to NOT be greeted by a lady unlocking the door who seemed as if she did not want to be there and honestly hated her job. Despite the unwelcoming environment, I gave it a chance. I spent 10 mins filling out paperwork and the employee goes to pierce her ears and had never even spoke one word to my child. No hello, nothing. Of course my daughter was scared and uncomfortable (as was I) so we decided to not do the piercing. On top of this, the hours on their website are wrong so we had to wait until they opened later."

"Lots of hair accessories for little girls, which is nicer than using adult sized items to do their hair. I like this location better than an indoor mall one."

"Brought my 2 year old daughter to get her ears peirced the customer service was good, but I saw a lady behind the counter and she seemed upset and I asked her what was wrong and the general manager had showed up on a day where she had attempted to call in sick but was forced to work. She seemed like she really deserved the day off because she was apparently unwell and very sweet but seem district management needs a tune up."

"Wow, just an all around horrible experience. I ordered online after a reasonable amount of time still hadn't received confirmation that my order was ready. I decide to show up at the store and just grab the items myself. I leave that store for last in the area as I'm doing Christmas shopping (trying to give them more time). As I arrive I see a woman arguing with an employee at the door and it becomes clear that the employee is trying to close the store for her 30 minute break. She says she is the only employee in the store who knows how to run things therefore has to close so she can have a break. I don't fault the hourly employee for needing a break. The issue is why isn't a general manager or regional manager stepping In on a very busy a Last Saturday before Christmas to give this girl her break (4 others arrived in the five minutes of this arguement). I got a notification that my order was ready 30 minutes later when I was home... I couldn't find a way to cancel my order so I emailed corporate to complain about the incident and to get my money back. 1.5 weeks later I still have no response and no refund. Never shopping at a Claire's again."
