"Be VERY weary if you reach out to Cascade for a pool quote. We thought we were doing our due diligence by looking at reviews and having a personal reference. Things have changed since our reference in the past year. When Dustin came out to give us a quote, he was very professional and won us over. Once they started, they worked hard for about a month. Once they shot the concrete, they haven’t been back other than to bring dirt one day. We still have no tile, decking or plaster over 12 weeks into our project. Chris, the owner never responds to call or texts. Dustin will respond, but pushes you off and doesn’t follow through with what he says. We have found lawsuits against them and have talked to others who have liens against their homes because of cascade not paying suppliers. We are having another pool company finish our pool because of this. We do not want anyone else to go through what we have been dealing with or get scammed out of money. Please please do your research before deciding on a company to spend this much money with. We thought the reviews where cascade responded saying they weren’t clients were true, but after more research, they just aren’t. We are currently dealing with the headache of cascade, so don’t let them say differently. This picture is how our pool has been sitting since August 28th. Untouched."

"T.J. and the entire Cascade team could not have made our experience better. This is the third pool we have built, first by Cascade and Cascades' professionalism, quality and efficiency is unmatched. T.J. always answered the phone when I had any questions and more importantly was open and responsive to any changes we asked to make during the process. We have had zero issues with the pool itself in 18 months and use it almost daily. Their team also kept our property very clean during the build. We are so happy with the pool we are are using Cascade for my daughters house as well. I would also highly recommend them for maintenance as well."

"Our pool is finally done and looks AMAZING! Chris and his crew did an awesome job, paid attention to detail, and ensured our backyard pool and surroundings are breathtaking and somewhere our entire family can enjoy for years to come. There were bumps along the way (as with any project, big or small). Communication was lacking for awhile which became frustrating, however, once Chris became more involved, the project moved forward efficiently as he diagnosed the problems and corrected them expertly. Robbie, his project manager, acknowledged our concern for lack of communication and follow through, identified it as a problem that CCP is aware of and is making every effort to correct. We recognized first-hand their efforts to improve their commitment to the customer and hope they continue in their efforts as they do a fantastic job building pools and and don’t want to see this aspect diminish their business."

"They did not pull or apply for a permit . We were given a stop work order by North Myrtle Beach. Gave them $35,000.00 for this hole! They could not fulfill the contract to build our pool. Refused to return our money, thieves and liars. They will not respond to our attorney. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !! BETTER BUISNESS RATING F"

"After some changes internally at Cascade I feel like we finally received the customer service we were originally expecting. It was a process I can't lie but overall I think the owner wanted to make things right and in the end I can't say I'm displeased with the outcome."
