"This gorgeous cabin has everything you could ever possibly need for a relaxing getaway. It was immaculate inside and out. The attention to detail in each of the rooms absolutely blew us away. All of the extra features and personal touches were an unexpected bonus. The family friendly atmosphere made for a fun-filled, memorable vacation. Truly exceeded our expectations! The Owners are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and attentive. The property itself is the perfect place to reconnect with nature & spend time with the ones you love. Time seemed to stand still while we were there. We fished, explored our surroundings, hiked at a nearby state park (Raven Rock), relaxed on the porch in the morning and warmed ourselves by the fire in the evening. Enjoying the gorgeous surroundings with dear friends made our time together that much sweeter. Lakes of Lillington is easily one of North Carolina’s best hidden gems. We loved it so much, we’re already planning our next visit!"

"If you are looking for the peace and tranquility that only nature can offer, Lakes of Lillington is definitely it! Tucked away in a beautiful part of North Carolina is this privately owned & operated lake front property. We parked our RV in a slip by the water. (30 AMP/50 AMP/Water hookups available – no sewer hookup). The lake seemed to be well stocked because the fish were definitely biting (we did catch and release). Geese flew overhead “honking”, probably let us know they had first dibs. It was very peaceful. The owners, Neal and Lisa, were wonderful & attentive hosts. We could tell their heart was on providing a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable getaway experience for their guests. We were fortunate enough to have met a very talented musician (Malachi Jaggers) and his wife who happened to be staying in the cabin which was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We absolutely loved listening to Malachi’s music, making friends with other guests by the firepit, and connecting with nature. We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the lake and look forward to our next trip back to Lakes of Lillington."

"This place is a gorgeous hidden gem. If you are looking for a peaceful rest time, with an absolutely beautiful view with water, this is the place you want to wake up in! The owners go above and beyond to ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible, and you have all you need for a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!"

"Had a great time here for a long weekend. The cabin was very clean and had a pleasant smell on arrival. The surrounding property was absolutely beautiful, waking up to a lakefront view was dreamlike. It allowed us to get a mountain experience without the 4+ hour drive. They have many amenities that are great for families including a ton of games for outdoor and indoor fun. The several entertainment systems would be ideal for family get togethers where each member could relax in privacy. Our favorite amenity by far was the hot tub, it was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The cabin has lots of potential as a lazy weekend getaway or as a exciting family gathering. The kitchen is very well stocked and has the capacity to have large meals prepared with ease, however if you don’t feel like cooking, you’re close enough to town for a quick drive to one of Lillingtons many local restaurants or even delivery. The property owners were nice and easy to communicate with. This our favorite vacation spot we’ve visited in a very VERY long time and will absolutely be visiting again soon."

"Looking for peace, quiet, seclusion and fun? We stayed with our parents and a family friend here for Labor Day weekend. The quiet mornings drinking coffee out on the deck were the best part, along with the fishing and kayaking. The wildlife was buzzing in the mornings and included deer, cranes, fox squirrels, frogs, fish jumping and more! We also took advantage of the fire pit under the stars. We roasted s'mores and watched for shooting stars. We explored the local area and found a little gem of a brewery and coffee shop. I highly recommend this location for your next peaceful getaway! The owner was very accommodating with us and was responsive in answering questions we had while on site. I hope anyone who stays here will have the best experience. We are definitely going to come back again! Stop looking at other places and book this place!"
