"Franklin Home Store, April, was recommended to us by a real estate agent that we plan to use to help us purchase a home in the area. We were told that she was "excellent". She told us that a 2/2 would be available Oct. 1 for a long term rental and allowed dogs which would have been perfect for us. I had wanted to start the rental process, but she told us that we had time as our closing on our home was just over a month away. I emailed her to start the rental application and she could not remember who I was or what rental so she asked if she could read our emails to refresh her memory and told me that she would call me right back. She never called so I emailed her back and asked her to please tell me what was going on. She emailed me back stating that it had been rented and the tenant was moving in and that the only thing she had left was an unfurnished mobile home. She never apologized. This person is absolutely unprofessional and has left us in a very bad situation. I would not recommend her to anyone."

"My wife Marie and I throughly enjoyed our stay at The Farm and Angel Cove Too! Lee and Becky are truly wonderful people! We have been going on vacation to the mountains since 2003 in various locations threw out north Georgia and North Carolina. By far this vacation has been the most enjoyable. April offers a wide variety of beautiful vacation homes and cabins to choose from. Our fur baby children accompanied us on this trip and they loved it! Marie and I just love the attention to detail threw out the cabins. We also felt very comfortable and secure staying here. This was the first time we did not open our lap tops for days.
