"They had what we needed. The best part of our trip there was the employee who helped an elderly couple get the hot water heater inside of their car. We would have never believed it possible if we had not watch him so patiently and expertly fit it in there. He was absolutely amazing!"

These guys were awesome……..they really were great about educating me about all my options and helping me through the process. Their knowledge of the products was extensive. Thank you. Checking out was deplorable. Lowe’s did not have one check out clerk. Two long lines and no help."

"We went to Lowe’s on Saturday and my child had somehow cut himself with the box cutter that was being purchased. I went to the counter to get a bandaid and without me even having to ask an associate motioned me to move around the counter to the first aid kit. She not only made my son feel better by being very caring she went out of her way to get him a snack and a bottle of water. She did this from her own money as well. Being involved in a dealership and pushing customer service, this was a prime example of excellent customer service. She didn’t have to do any of that but she did and didn’t think twice about anything. I cannot thank her enough for showing grace and kindness to my son. I was remiss at getting her name, but I know she is an asset to the company."

"Everything is great with the Franklin Lowes EXCEPT THEIR PHONE SYSTEM. Disconnected from me AGAIN this time four times in fifteen minutes. Delivery doesn’t answer and then drops me. I want to postpone a delivery—it’s important! Office drops me too. I’d give five stars if not for their inability to provide a working phone system."

Assisting us today was time consuming but they were anxious to assist us getting just what we wanted and needed for the price we wanted.
