"The service was nice but i saw 2 bugs (major deduction). Also the tv was absolutely terrible. lack of channels and half dont even have signal. The rooms are also a little bland. i saw a water bug in the bathtub as well. Never coming back. There are mosquitoes galore in this place. Also I saw another bug and it was a bedbug. ive seen 3. but the service was absolutely great! the women i saw were fairly nice."

"The hotel was spot on clean the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only reason not 5 stars I was told a certain rate upon check in for 2 night stay but when I received my invoice the second night was $20. More. They said oh rates are different on weekend but this was not mentioned in the quote. Still since I'm a Honiors member it was a pretty good rate."

"Hotel was nice. Room was a little out dated but seemed very clean. Room number was missing from wall so it took a minute to figure out. Bed frame squeaked but bed was good. Bathroom was well stocked with clean towels and bathroom supplies. Breakfast was set up well and as good as you can get for a free hotel breakfast. Would stay again if passing through. Checking in and digital key are always great!"

"Stayed in Franklin to attend a concert in nearby Highlands. Really nice hotel - quiet, very clean - breakfast was really good with lots of options, even for a GF non-dairy eater. Shower water could have been hotter, but it was plenty warm to take a shower in. We will stay again if we’re in the area!"

"The room was nice however, the carpet needed to be out. The mattress wasn't comfortable as well. The service was good and the breakfast was amazing. The best coffee I have had in a long time."
